SHIPPING INFORMATION
Simple $5.25 per item flat rate UPS Ground shipping anywhere in the lower 48 states. Canada, Alaska, Hawaii and PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, customers please contact Support@exquisiteLinens.com for same day custom shipping quotes and information.
Orders received before 2pm EST will be processed the same day. All Egyptian cotton items normally ship within 48 business hrs from the time of order. Please allow up to 21 business days for all Veratex products as they are shipped factory direct and may be made to order.
We ship Monday-Friday. We do not ship to arrive on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. All orders must be placed to a physical shipping address and the customer’s credit card must have a US-based billing address. We are not able to ship to the following: - Puerto Rico, Guam, or to any US territories or international addresses. We also are not able to accept COD returns of any kind.

REFUNDS, RETURNS, ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Defective merchandise or item not as ordered:

Simply contact us for an RMA within 20 calendar days of item receipt for a full refund of your purchase price. If your item is damaged, defective, or otherwise incorrect, customer may request a full refund or exchange of an item of equal or greater value. Customer will be responsible for additional difference of cost. A postage paid return shipping label will be sent via email. In the case the returned item does not demonstratively exhibit the defect as described, the refund of the purchase price will be given however, a 20% restocking fee plus the return shipping cost will be assessed.

Not happy with the quality or color of your item: (applies to all 100% Egyptian cotton products ONLY)
Simply contact us for an RMA within (14) calendar days of receipt and ship it back to us for a full refund of your purchase price minus a $6.95 refurbishing/restocking fee. Returned merchandise must be insured for the full value of the purchase price, and shipped with a tracking number. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges. Please email us the tracking number to expedite your refund. We cannot accept returns of merchandise that are used, laundered, or soiled. Health department regulations do not permit us to accept open packages of bedding including but not limited to: sheets, duvets, mattress pads, pillow cases, and pillows for refund or credit.
